Quick Start Steps
Create Your Account
Learn how to create and configure your FleetBoss 360 account

Set Up Your Organization
Configure your organization details, add team members, and set up user roles and permissions.
- Enter organization name and details
- Upload your company logo
- Set timezone and regional preferences
- Invite team members and assign roles
Add Your First Vehicle
Start by adding vehicles to your fleet. You can add them one by one or import multiple vehicles using our bulk import feature.
Single Vehicle
Navigate to Fleet → Add Vehicle
Bulk Import
Use Fleet → Import to upload CSV file
Configure Tracking & Monitoring
Set up GPS tracking, maintenance schedules, and monitoring preferences for your vehicles.
app.note: Make sure to install GPS devices before enabling tracking features.
Start Managing Your Fleet
You're all set! Explore the dashboard to monitor your fleet, schedule maintenance, track fuel consumption, and generate reports.
