No Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available under any of the following circumstances:
- Service Activation - Once your account is activated and you have access to the platform
- Data Entry - After entering any data into the system
- Customization Completed - After any customization work has been completed
- Training Received - Once training or onboarding sessions have been provided
- Subscription Usage - Any use of subscription services or features
- Time Elapsed - 48 hours after initial service activation
Alternative Solutions
While we do not provide refunds, we offer the following alternatives to address customer concerns:
