  • Training Costs

No Refund Conditions

Refunds are not available under any of the following circumstances:

  • Service Activation - Once your account is activated and you have access to the platform
  • Data Entry - After entering any data into the system
  • Customization Completed - After any customization work has been completed
  • Training Received - Once training or onboarding sessions have been provided
  • Subscription Usage - Any use of subscription services or features
  • Time Elapsed - 48 hours after initial service activation

Alternative Solutions

While we do not provide refunds, we offer the following alternatives to address customer concerns:

  • Service Modification - Modify your service plan or features as needed
  • Subscription Pause - Temporarily pause your subscription when needed
  • Plan Downgrade - Downgrade to a lower tier plan with reduced features
