Common login issues

Can't Sign In to Your Account?

Forgot Password

If you can't remember your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

  1. 1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. 2. Enter your email address
  3. 3. Check your email for reset instructions
  4. 4. Follow the link to create a new password

Account Locked

Too many failed login attempts can temporarily lock your account.

Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support for immediate assistance.

Vehicle Management Issues

Vehicle Not Showing on Map

If your vehicle isn't appearing on the tracking map:

  • • Check if the GPS device is properly installed and powered
  • • Verify the device has cellular signal
  • • Ensure the vehicle is added to your account
  • • Wait 5-10 minutes for the first location update

Incorrect Vehicle Data

If you notice incorrect mileage, fuel consumption, or other data, please contact support with your vehicle details.

Performance Issues

Slow Loading

If the application is loading slowly:

  • • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • • Try using a different browser
  • • Check your internet connection speed
  • • Disable browser extensions temporarily
